Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We don't offer exchanges, however if you are not satisfied with the product. We will mail you something else of the same value. You do not have to ship the product back to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received your email request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. (up to 14 business days)
