1. How long are shipping times?

 

We strive for a shipping time of 2 weeks to reach your doorstep, but please keep in mind that logistics can be unpredictable. Your products may take up to 20 days to arrive.

2. What's your return policy?

 

Rather than returning items, feel free to reach out to us for a complete refund. Just share what didn't go as expected, send a photo, and we'll reimburse you in full!

3. Can I cancel my order?

If you don't get your package within the specified timeframe, cancelations are an option. Occasionally, orders are shipped before we can process the cancelation. If you cancel but still receive the package, you can either donate it or enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

 

In the event that your order does not meet your expectations - be it due to incorrect size, color, defects, or any other discrepancy, kindly inform us and we shall promptly issue a refund. There is no requirement to return the item to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
